TDE is providing Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Lighting and Sustainable design services for the new Humanities building located at Bellarmine College Preparatory in San Jose, California. The new Humanities Building at Bellarmine College Preparatory is a 45,000 square foot building serving the Arts and Music programs.

The proposed building is three levels, two above grade and one below grade to be located within the existing campus.  The development will include a 375-seat theater, lobby, ticket booth, concessions, storage areas, classrooms, restrooms, green room, dressing room, office, ceramic room, kiln room, black box, workshop, digital/graphics room and studio/production room.  The MEP systems will be designed to optimize performance, and minimize maintenance and energy use throughout the building.
