TDE is providing Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing design for the Hines office building renovation located at 1950-2000 Alameda De Las Pulgas in San Mateo, California.  The design includes a warm Core and Shell MEP system upgrade and tenant improvement related fit out of the new spaces. 

The project includes approximately 34,000 useable square feet of floor area consisting of enclosed offices, open workstations, reception area, conference rooms, nurse room, break rooms, a file room and a server room.
