TDE were commissioned by Tsang Architecture of San Francisco to provide Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing engineering design services for the EMSO Endoscopy Outpatient Surgery Centers. The projects include design development of MOB and outpatient surgery facilities throughout California, Arizona, and Minnesota. The interior improvements range from 5,000 to 20,000 gross square feet of floor area which entails an operating room, procedure room, scrub sinks, storage rooms, pre/post operation area, nurse’s station, reception room, staff room, lounge, and restrooms. Utilizing an environmentally conscious approach, TDE has designed the MEP systems to use energy and natural resources efficiently while providing a comfortable, sanitary, and cost effective solution for EMSO.
