Intermediate HVAC Engineer

HVAC Engineer with 5 + years experience working in the building design industry. Candidate will have the opportunity to develop system designs from concept plans, while gaining valuable mechanical engineering industry experience. Candidates must be detail oriented and have experience using CADD drafting techniques to convert system design sketches into specific layouts to produce project drawings.

Responsibilities:
1. Mechanical design engineer on multiple projects from schematic through construction phases.
2. Complete design and specifications with little supervision.
3. Coordinate project work between mechanical, electrical & plumbing/piping teams.

Qualifications/Experience:
1. BSME required and PE certification preferred.
2. Strong communication skills including writing engineering specifications and engineering reports.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.
4. Energy Modeling and radiant system design experience preferred.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
