    Project FROG

Project FROG (Flexible Response to Ongoing Growth) is a modular classroom prototype that offers schools and other institutional facilities a high-tech, flexible and easy to deploy temporary classroom solution.  Classroom layouts range from labs to auditoriums to a variety of classroom configurations.  Research indicates that school districts and universities that purchase ‘temporary’ trailer classrooms end up using them more than 30 years; additionally more than three quarters of all ‘temporary’ trailer classrooms remain in place three times longer than anticipated.  Project FROG is a better alternative that meets the growing and diverse requirements of today’s educational institutions.

The Project FROG Dragonfly Scheme Relocatable Classroom project is a one story modular system spanning 1,000 square feet.   The single Dragonfly Scheme consists of one, 840 square foot classroom and one, 104 square foot storage room.  The classroom layouts include two layout schemes.  The first layout includes a wheelchair lift, foyer/cubbies, teacher prep area, computer area/library, shelving and storage, science area, reading circle, storage room and restroom.  The second layout includes a wheelchair ramp, shelving and storage, and an LCD projector mounted to the ceiling, tiered seating, media/communication wall and office.
