To realize our business goal of total service, TDE's own design team is supplemented with support services through strategic alliances in structural, acoustic/vibration evaluation and design, communications and audiovisual consulting. This total service goal offers integrated, multidisciplinary design enabling optimization of building within budget.

All of our designs are energy conscious, incorporating sustainable and green solutions whenever possible. Our designs are supported with detailed computational life cycle cost analysis that reviews first cost, maintenance costs and replacement costs over the life of the engineered systems. We manage the dynamic nature of mechanical and electrical services by utilizing the latest state-of-the-art computational tools for engineering analysis to assist in implementation of lighting strategies, solar examination and thermal performance of passive and active systems along with energy modeling, CFD Analysis and Radiance lighting modeling.
